US Launches Airstrikes on Iran’s Nuclear Sites

Donald Trump, President of the United States

…As Iran responds with retaliatory strikes on Israel

United States President Donald Trump has made it known in its address that America airstrikes were on Iran targeting key nuclear facilities amidst tension in the Middle East.

In a dramatic statement shared via his social media platform, Trump declared: “We have completed our very successful attack on the three Nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan. All planes are now outside of Iran air space. A full payload of BOMBS was dropped on the primary site, Fordow. All planes are safely on their way home. Congratulations to our great American Warriors. There is not another military in the World that could have done this.”

The targeted sites are Fordow, Natanz and Esfahan widely known as critical components of Iran’s nuclear infrastructure.

Though there has been no immediate confirmation from the U.S. Department of Defense, sources within the Pentagon have suggested that the airstrikes were conducted using stealth bombers and fighter jets equipped with precision-guided munitions.

Iranian officials have yet to issue a formal response, but local media outlets reported a series of explosions early Sunday in central Iran, with black smoke seen rising near the city of Qom and parts of Isfahan Province. Reports of casualties remain unconfirmed.

World leaders have urgently called for restraint. The United Nations Security Council is expected to convene an emergency session, while NATO allies express concern over the implications of such unilateral military action.

International observers warn that the situation could spiral rapidly, especially given the volatility of U.S.-Iran relations and the delicate balance in the Gulf region.

However, Iran has also sent wave of missiles into Israel as retaliatory attacks in response to US strikes.
