Funding Gaps in Infrastructure Research, Innovation, Human Development

The Chairman of Petroleum Technology Association of Nigeria (PETAN), Mr. Nik Odinuwe in a panel session themed ‘Institutional Collaboration Towards Maximizing Benefits of African Continental Free Trade Area Agreement (AfCFTA) For Local Content Development and Energy Security’ with other panelists discussed funding gaps in infrastructure research and innovation, human capital development, supply chain development and green energy.

The panel consist of Head of the AfCFTA, Wamkele Mene; Poineer Executive Secretary of the NCDMB, Dr. Ernest Nwapa; Chairman of the Mozambique Energy Chamber, Florival Mucave and Chairman of the Petroelum Contractors Trade Section (PCTS), Mr. Tayo Akinkunmi.
