WIME Awards Invite the Public to Webinar Celebrating Women in Engineering, Energy, Maritime, and Policy Makers In honour of International Women in Engineering Day (June 23), International Day of Women in Diplomacy (June 24), and the Day of the Seafarer (June 25), the Women in Maritime and Energy (WIME) Awards is proud to host a high-impact global webinar themed “Anchored in Purpose: Women Leading the Charge on Land and Sea.”
This landmark event, scheduled for June 30, 2025, will spotlight dynamic women leaders across the maritime, engineering, energy, and policy sectors. The two-hour virtual gathering will feature a keynote address, an engaging panel discussion, inspirational spotlight stories, and a live audience Q&A session.
“Anchored in Purpose” aims to amplify women’s voices, celebrate their achievements, and share practical strategies to accelerate gender inclusion across male-dominated industries. The webinar will bring together professionals, students, development partners, and thought leaders from around Nigeria.
