Gbite Falade to Keynote EINGICE 2025

The Organisers of the annual Emogas’ International Natural Gas-Based Industry Conference and Exhibition (EINGICE) announced an impressive lineup of speakers, panelists and moderators for its 2025 natural gas industry conference and exhibition, to be held October 30-31 in PTDF Towers Conference Centre, Central Business District, Abuja, Nigeria. With four inspiring speaking sessions including panel and roundtable sessions, this top-notch gas industry event will feature accomplished and inspiring group of speakers who are front-row industry leaders and best in class subject matter experts ready to inspire and educate. EINGICE 2025 confirmed speakers, panelists and moderators, as of September 26, 2025 are shown below.

While Mr. Gbite Falade, MD/CEO of Aradel Holdings PLC and Engr. ‘Leye Falade, MD/CEO of Brunei LNG Sendirian Berhad, will Keynote day one (Day-1) of this highly impactful 2-Day Conference; Engr. Babajide A. Soyode of Dangote Refinery and Petrochemical Projects, Engr. ThankGod Egbe of CypherCrescent Ltd and Fmr. Minister of Petroleum Resources, Professor Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu, will keynote day two (Day-2) of EINGICE 2025 Conference and Exhibition. Gbite’s keynote address will focus on the following conference theme, “Guaranteeing Africa’s Exit from Poverty through Natural Gas Project Financing and Development with a Focus on Nigeria: Strategies and Actionable Steps.” Gbite’s focus will be to inspire delegates and other stakeholders with strategic, novel and implementable solutions, actionable steps and initiatives that will guarantee Africa’s sustainable exit from energy poverty.

A high impact panel session will follow Gbite’s keynote speech and this is a great opportunity to hear from other industry heavyweights and top oil and gas producing company CEOs and Founders including Mr, Tein T. On day one (Day-1), afternoon session, the cerebral thought leader, Engr, Leye Falade, who is the Managing Director and CEO of Brunei LNG; the first African to occupy the role since its over 55 years of existence, and a one-time Country Chair for Shell Operation in Namibia, will deliver a keynote address during an LNG Finance and Development Roundtable focusing on the sub-theme: “Advancing Economic Growth and Energy Security through Financing, Investment and Development of Africa’s LNG Infrastructure.” Renowned as a regular speaker at Local and International conferences on Technical and non-technical issues, Leye stands as a beacon for those seeking guidance and inspiration to navigate an ever-changing and complicated world of LNG finance, investment and development. Leye’s over 28 years’ experience with the Shell Group of companies across Upstream and Integrated Gas Businesses that cover assignments that span countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East, will expertly guide participants, leaders and teams toward adaptability and resilience in advancing economic growth and energy security via LNG.

A roundtable session following Leye’s keynote speech will feature other top industry heavyweights including Dr, David Ige, MD/CEO of GasInvest Limited and Non-Executive Director of NNPC Limited, Mr. Raju Limbachiya, Group Chief Financial Officer of Greenville LNG, Engr. Jennis Anyanwu, Deputy Director of Gas Production and Utilization at the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), Engr. On day two (Day-2), morning session of the conference, Engr Felix Omatsola Ogbe, Executive Secretary at the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), Engr. Their respective keynote speeches will focus on: “The Strategic Role of Africa’s Energy Banks and Governments Towards Easier Procurement of Natural Gas Industry Equipment and Technologies.” Additional speakers Dr. Emeka Vitalis Ndubuisi, Permanent Secretary Ministry of Petroleum Resources, Dr. Victor Ekpenyong, MD/CEO of Kenyon Int’l West African Company Limited, and Dr. Abiodun Ogunjobi, Chief Technical Officer at Pan Ocean – Newcross Group and Immediate Past President of NAPE, will join the stage alongside named keynote speakers to discuss and share insights on panel theme.

On day two (Day-2), afternoon session of the conference, Engr. Babajide A. Soyode, Technical Consultant to the President and Chief Executive of Dangote Refineries and Petrochemical Projects, will deliver a keynote speech during the refining and petrochemical roundtable focusing on the sub-theme: “Leveraging Natural Gases as Products and Feedstocks towards Transformative Growth of Africa’s Refining and Petrochemical Market.” Other speakers joining this roundtable session include Professor Godwin Igwe, a global modular refinery advocate and pioneer Director and Professorial Chair at the Centre for Gas, Refining and Petrochemical Engineering, University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT), Mr. Tony Ogbuigwe, Fmr. Managing Director of Port Harcourt Refining Company (PHRC) and Fmr. Executive Director, Refining and Petrochemicals at NNPC Limited, Engr. Bassey Rex, CEO of Africenergy and Infrastructure Limited and Founder, Ikwe-Onna Refinery Limited, and Dr. Henry Adimula, CEO of QCS+ Consulting and Immediate Past Chief Executive of Petroleum Training Institute (PTI).
